Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Due to the limited nature of our products, we are unable to take returns. We are happy to offer exchanges subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, you can exchange it for a different item or receive store credit.

      • Exchanges can only be made once we have received the returned item(s), and have processed any additional payment that might be required.

      • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving item. All items must be unworn and in same condition as received.

      • If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.

      • Please contact info@lefuturekids before sending your item back, so we can provide instructions on how to send your item back for an exchange

      How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for my kid?

      Please refer to our size info on the product page. Depending on the fit you are going for, you may have to order a smaller or bigger size than normal. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering. 


      Can I track my order?

      Yes, customers will receive tracking information once the order is ready to be shipped.


      When will I receive my order?

      • Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. All orders will be shipped using USPS standard shipping (4-7 days). Priority service is available for an extra charge (2-3 days). Shipping to HI/AK may take longer.
      • International shipping is available, but you must contact sales@lefuturekids to determine rates and shipping time before placing order.

      What shipping carrier do you use?

      United States Postal Service (USPS) is our main carrier. If you have a special carrier request, please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure there are no additional cost.

      Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

      We do not accept payments by check. PayPal and most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.)


      I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

      Yes, we ship international. Additional fees may apply. Please contact sales@lefuturekids with any questions.
